WIC provides monthly benefits for healthy foods, loaded onto your California WIC Card. Your food package is designed for your family's stage, from pregnancy through your child's fifth birthday.
WIC is a supplemental food program, which means it doesn't provide all the food or formula your family needs. What's in your package depends on your category. Your WIC counselor will go over your family's benefits with you.

If you or your child has food allergies or intolerances, ask WIC staff about other choices. Soy beverages and tofu are available; for children, a medical prescription is required.

Find a store: Use the WIC app to find grocery stores near you that accept the WIC Card.
